Charged with failure to provide proof of insurance, second offense, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 25 days suspended, $142.50 fine, $157.50 costs and 364 days probation. Charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $2.50 fine, $197.50 costs and 364 days probation. Charged with possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $2.50 fine, $197.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Christopher B. Lerman, Moyie Springs, born 1984, charged with excessive DUI November 2 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 27 days suspended, credit for three days served, 30 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Varinder J. Singh, Sacramento, born 1993, charged with motor carrier false logbook December 22 at the Port of Entry, pled guilty and fined $43.50 and $160.50 costs.

James A. Thompson, Eureka, born 1965, charged with motor carrier violating conditions of special permit December 16 at the port of entry, ruled guilty and fined $68.50 and $157.50 costs.
