The Bonners Ferry branch of Columbia Bank has closed its lobby except by appointment until further notice, asking all customers who are able to use their drive through or online banking services.

Clients with physical disabilities, who rely on caretakers to take them places and want privacy while doing their banking, walk-in customers without a car who worry about safety and security at the drive-up, clients in essential services who need to securely conduct transactions and those who have a critical need to access their safe deposit boxes can schedule an appointment by calling (208) 267-7027.

Those who do need to visit are asked to follow COVID-19 distance protocols and keep at least six feet from others.
