The Bonners Ferry Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearing at 5:15 p.m. Thursday, January 16, at Bonners Ferry City Hall to consider a recommendation to the City Council for File SUP09-19.
The City of Bonners Ferry is requesting special use permit approval for a "public utility structure" to allow the construction and operation of a wellhouse and municipal water system on a site that is zoned Residential A. The wellhouse is generally located at 6212 Dakota Street. The water system facilities will be located on properties described as portions of Lots 1-2 and Lots 4-9, Block 1, of Eaton Addition, in Section 26, Township 62 North, Range 1 East, B.M.
The public is welcome and encouraged to attend the hearing or provide written response. Any written comment greater than one page must be submitted at least six days prior to the meeting.
Written material not exceeding one page may be read into the record the day of the hearing. Public wishing to speak at the public hearing may do so in compliance with Resolution 2014-06-01, a copy of which is located at city hall.
The deadline for submitting written comment and/or material longer than one page is 5 p.m. Friday, January 10.
