Sundeep S. Dhatt, home of record not given, born 1975, charged with motor carrier possessing alcohol October 23 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $263.50 and $157.50 costs.

Brandon Vern Hurst, Bonners Ferry, born 1982, charged with failure to provide proof of insurance February 4 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 26 days suspended, $142.50 fine, $157.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Chase J. Invernon, Naples, born 1995, charged with DUI May 11 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, amended to inattentive driving, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $142.50 fine, $157.50 costs and 364 days probation. Charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail,. 28 days served, $102.50 fine, $297.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Kenneth F. Thornbrugh, Bonners Ferry, born 1967, charged with malicious injury to property October 6 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, found guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail.
