The Boundary County Library is seeking to hire a library tech to work part time beginning in January, working upstairs in all aspects of customer service and assistance.

The successful candidate will check library materials out and in, clean and shelve books, work to keep the library neat and tidy, mend books and library materials and more.

The position requires someone with a great eye for detail, a strong work ethic and dependability, consistently appearing for work on time, dressed appropriately and eager to get to the day's work and the flexibility to take changing circumstances cheerfully in stride.

The position will be up to 18 hours per week, with Fridays and Saturdays set and varied weekday schedules. The person hired will be on a 90 day probationary period.
