The North Idaho College Foundation is pleased to offer a huge 2,626-square-foot home in Greenstone Homes’ Coeur d’Alene Place neighborhood as the grand prize of the 2020 Really BIG Raffle.

The four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home has an estimated value of $385,000 and is currently under construction by the NIC Carpentry program at 2107 Joubier Drive in Coeur d’Alene. The last two raffle houses were in Post Falls.

The home will feature many upgrades including quartz countertops, skylights, a gas fireplace, full landscaping package and eco-friendly design components. This large family home has plenty of living space and also features a four-car tandem garage for tons of storage.

Community members can try their luck for a chance to win this brand new home as well as $20,000, $10,000, $3,500 and $2,000 prizes of choice by purchasing a raffle ticket. Only 5,500 tickets will be sold prior to the July 15 drawing at $100 each. Early ticket purchasers can also qualify for two additional $1,000 Costco Gift Card prizes.

This year marks the 27th anniversary of the fundraiser, which has sold out every year. Organizers expect this grand prize home package to be a community favorite.

Tickets can be purchased now at North Idaho outlets including all Super 1 Foods locations, Yoke’s in Post Falls, Stein’s Family Foods, BMC, Buck Knives, the NIC Workforce Training Center and the NIC Foundation Office. Idaho residents can also order by phone at (208) 769-3271 and nonresidents must visit an outlet to purchase tickets.

This year’s raffle is sponsored in part by Title sponsors BMC and Greenstone Homes and numerous other sponsors. All proceeds support student success and educational excellence at North Idaho College.
