Back in September Senator Jim Risch challenged Idahoans to read the transcript of the telephone call between President Trump and Ukrainian President Zelensky, saying he saw no evidence of wrongdoing.

Well, Senator Risch, I read the transcript, and watched as 17 witnesses testified that Donald Trump had put his own personal interests above those of the country and had threatened our national security. It was not just a phone call, Senator Risch.

It was a four-month-long effort to violate his oath of office and to undermine an ally just to secure help to discredit another American who just happened to be his political opponent. It is time to put our country ahead of politics, Senator. Risch.

As your next senator, I, Nancy Harris, will always do what is right for our country and our state.
