Five northwest Montana students studying at the University of Idaho were named to the University of Idaho's Dean’s List for the fall 2019 semester, five of them from Montana's Kootenai/Cabinet region.

To be included in the Dean’s List, U of I students must maintain at least a 3.5 GPA on a minimum of 12 graded credits during the semester. The fall 2019 semester ended December 20.

Brian D. Peck, Libby, earned Dean's List honors attending the School of Engineering in pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering and Trevor C. Woodward, Whitefish, made the list attending the School of Letters Arts & Social Sciences, seeking a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics & Philosophy.

Kalispell students earning honors were Alexa Lamers, School of Education, Bachelor of Science in Education Curriculum & Instruction, Haily L. Brown, School of Letters Arts & Social Sciences, Bachelor of Music, and Riley J. Kouns, School of Science, Bachelor of Science, Mathematics.
