William R. Dixon, born 1986, Naples, charged with DUI May 11 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 55 days suspended with credit for 35 days served, 90 day drivers license suspension, $500 cost and one year probation. Charged with possession of marijuana, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended credited with two days served, $300 costs and one year probation.

Peter Michael Douglas, born 1993, Sagle, charged with reckless driving May 16 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $300 costs and one year probation. Charged with failure to provide proof of insurance, second offense, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $300 costs and one year probation. Charged with driving without privileges, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $300 costs and one year probation.

Brandyn W.R. Simmons, born 1996, Bonners Ferry, charged with DUI July 31 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to two days in jail, 90 day drivers license suspension, $500 cost and 364 days probation.
