Dixie Coster-DeRoshia Harris, 86, lived in Bonners Ferry, Spokane and she was a longtime resident of Twin Falls, Idaho, when she passed away on February 16, 2020, after a long battle with COPD. Dixie will be interred in Bonners Ferry.
